Beans stew

Ingredients

  • 1/4 kg boiled kidney beans
  • 2 onion diced
  • 2 tomatoes sliced
  • 2 Royco beef cubes
  • cooking oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • salt

Get cooking

  1. In a pot, heat oil, add onions and garlic and cook till golden brown.

  2. Add tomatoes and cook till it forms a paste.

  3. Add the boiled beans with a 1/2 glass of water and let it simmer.

  4. Crumble in the two pieces of Royco Beef Cubes, fortified with iron, and let it cook for a few minutes.

  5. Garnish as desired.

  6. Enjoy with rice, ugali or chapati.
