Beef Fry 

Ingredients

  • 2 Knorr Beef Cubes
  • 500 grams beef steak cubed
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 lime juice
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • cooking oil
  • fresh cilantro

Get cooking

  1. Spread the garlic on the meat then set aside to marinate for about an hour or two.

  2. In a pan over medium heat, add the oil, then onions and sauté until almost golden-brown

  3. Add the marinated beef, cook for about 5 minutes or until you seal the pores (when meat changes color). Add the Knorr beef cubes and mix well, then add tomatoes.

  4. Cook for another 10-15 minutes or until all the liquid has evaporated and the mixture has a thick consistency and coats the beef and the beef is super soft.

  5. Finish off with some lime juice and cilantro and then serve.
