Beef Wet Fry

Ingredients

  • 500 grams boiled beef
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Royco garlic spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Royco ginger spice
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Royco wet and dry spice
  • 1 bunch coriander leaves

Get cooking

  1. Heat the oil on a pan, add the chopped onions, and sauté until light brown.

  2. Add in the Royco ginger and garlic spices and sauté for a minute.

  3. Add the boiled beef and one tsp of salt and cook for 2 minutes.

  4. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they are broken & the mixture thickens then add the green bell pepper & cook for another minute.

  5. Add the Royco Spice for wet & dry fry and let it cook for 2 minutes. Add ¼ cup of water & let it simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
