Heat the oil on a pan, add the chopped onions, and sauté until light brown.
Add in the Royco ginger and garlic spices and sauté for a minute.
Add the boiled beef and one tsp of salt and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they are broken & the mixture thickens then add the green bell pepper & cook for another minute.
Add the Royco Spice for wet & dry fry and let it cook for 2 minutes. Add ¼ cup of water & let it simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
