Cinnamon Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 11 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Royco cinnamon powder
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Get cooking

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and Royco cinnamon powder.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently stir until combined to form the desired batter.

  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter

  5. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the pan. Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake and the edges look set.

  6. Flip the pancakes and cook until the other side is golden brown.

  7. Serve warm with your favorite toppings such as maple syrup or honey.
