Wash your hands with soap and water.
Cook the vegetables by boiling in water for up to 30 minutes or so.
Drain the water and fry it with cooking oil.
In a separate pan add onions cook until soft then add tomatoes, let it cook for about 5 minutes.
Add the fried managu to the cooked paste and crumble 2 Royco Beef Cubes, fortified with iron, and stir well.
Finally, add the heavy cream and let is steam for five minutes, the cream gives a good balance to the managu.
Serve it with Ugali.
