Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and sauté the onions until soft & fragrant.
Add the garlic and ginger paste and sauté for a minute.
Add the blended tomatoes, cook for 2 minutes then add beef cube & coriander powder and cook until the paste thickens.
Dissolve 1 tsp of beef mchuzi mix in water, stir and mix into the food and let it cook for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Add the diced green bell pepper and some water and stir.
Add the whole fish and baste with the paste and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve with Ugali.
