Fish wet Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 medium fried fish
  • 2 medium blended tomato
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 3 teaspoon royco garlic spice
  • 1 teaspoon royco ginger spice
  • 1 teaspoon royco beef mchuzi mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 bunch coriander leaves

Get cooking

  1. Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and sauté the onions until soft & fragrant.

  2. Add the garlic and ginger paste and sauté for a minute.

  3. Add the blended tomatoes, cook for 2 minutes then add beef cube & coriander powder and cook until the paste thickens.

  4. Dissolve 1 tsp of beef mchuzi mix in water, stir and mix into the food and let it cook for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.

  5. Add the diced green bell pepper and some water and stir.

  6. Add the whole fish and baste with the paste and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

  7. Garnish with coriander leaves.

  8. Serve with Ugali.
