Goat Meat on a skewer

Ingredients

  • 500 grams goat cut into chunks
  • 1 onion cut into 1 cm cubes
  • 1 Knorr Chilli & Smoked Paprika Seasoning
  • 1 green pepper cubed
  • 1 red bell pepper cubed
  • oil for frying

Get cooking

  1. Mix the goat cubes with 1 Knorr chilli beef cube.

  2. Thread skewer sticks with pieces of onion, red and green bell peppers alternating with cubes of goat meat.

  3. Heat 1 inch of oil in a large heavy skillet, make a batter with 1/4 cup flour, 1 egg, 1/2 cup water and 1 Knorr curry cube. Mix well until mixture is light.

  4. Dip threaded skewers into the batter, coating all sides.

  5. Fry in hot oil for about 5 to 8 minutes on each side, or until golden.
