Peel the liver membrane and soak the liver in milk for at least 30 minutes.
Heat oil on a pan and cook the onions until they’re softened and translucent.
Add the crushed garlic and stir for about a minute.
Add the liver, stir and let it cook for about 5 minutes then add the green bell pepper and cook for a minute.
Add the blended tomatoes and tomato paste and let it cook for two minutes then add the Royco beef mchuzi mix, paprika and cumin powder and let it cook for 2 minutes until the paste is cooked through.
Add some water and let it simmer for 5 minutes
Serve it with some tasty stir fried rice.
