In a sufuria over medium heat, add half a tablespoon of oil add the onions and cook until soft.
Add the diced tomatoes and cook well for 3 minutes.
Add your shredded/cut mchicha and cook for 5 minutes until the mchicha is soft or has reduced in size.
Crumble in the 2 beef cubes, fortified with iron, stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add cooking cream and cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve with ugali or prefered accompaniment.
