Mutton mint fry

Ingredients

  • 500 grams mutton shoulder cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 3 onions sliced
  • 2 Knorr Beef Stock Cubes
  • 1 green bell pepper cut into strips
  • 1 red bell pepper cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 handful fresh mint
  • 1/2 cup water

Get cooking

  1. In a bowl, place the mutton. Add the white vinegar and let it sit for about 30 minutes to tenderize.

  2. In a pan over medium heat add 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté the onions until golden brown. Remove and place the onions aside, add the mutton soaked in vinegar, add the garlic paste and cook until golden brown on both sides.

  3. Add 1/2 a cup of water and bring to a boil, add 2 Knorr beef cubes. Continue to cook until liquid is reduced, add the green and red pepper and mix well. Add the fried onions and continue to mix well.

  4. Add some mint and let it cook until it gets to a wet fry consistency.
