Peanut Beans stew

Ingredients

  • 1 Knorr Chicken Cubes
  • 15 ml cooking oil
  • 2 cups boiled broad bean
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 cm ginger grated
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 bunch dhania
  • 1 cup milk optional

Get cooking

  1. Place a cooking pan over medium heat, add cooking oil and onions and cook till golden brown.

  2. Add garlic and ginger and mix for 2 minutes.

  3. Add the chopped tomatoes, stir until cooked.

  4. Add the Knorr chicken cube, paprika, tomato paste and stir for 3 minutes.

  5. Add the boiled beans and mix well.

  6. Add ½ a cup of water and allow to simmer for 5-10 minutes.

  7. Add peanut butter and stir well ensuring there no lumps of the butter.

  8. Add milk (optional) and simmer for 2 minutes.

  9. Garnish with chopped dhania, serve with Chapati or rice.
