Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. Mix together the Royco garlic spice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Loosen the skin from the chicken breast and rub one tablespoon of the garlic mixture directly onto the meat. Rub the remaining garlic mixture all over the outside of the chicken. Stuff the lemon wedges into the chicken cavity.
Place the chicken in a roasting pan or oven-safe skillet. Roast for 20 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 75°C.
Let rest for 5-10 minutes before carving and serve.
