Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Knorr Beef Stock Cubes
  • 1/4 glass milk

Get cooking

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl, and whisk until the York and the whites are thoroughly combined.

  2. Add the milk, and whisk again, until its an even yellow color, with no translucent spots or streaks.

  3. Add 1 beef Knorr cube and keep whisking until well mixed.

  4. Gently preheat the pan and add the Vegetable oil.

  5. Pour in the egg mixture, and let it cook for a few seconds, undisturbed. Then, pull a rubber spatula across the bottom of the pan to form large, soft curds of scrambled eggs

  6. Continue cooking over medium-low heat, folding and stirring the eggs every few seconds. As you work, make sure to scrape your spatula along the bottom and sides of the pan to continue to form curds and to prevent any part of the eggs from drying out.

  7. Remove the pan from the heat.

  8. Serve with bread and enjoy.
