Slice the white onion, carrot, and green & red bell peppers & set aside.
In a bowl mix 2 tbsp wheat/ corn flour, 1tsp Royco garlic spice, 1 tsp Royco ginger spice, 3 tbsp soy sauce & a cup of water into a slurry and set aside.
Heat oil over high heat. Add the vegetables and broccoli & cook for 5 minutes while stirring.
Next, pour in the slurry mixture and stir until well incorporated, then let it come to a gentle simmer.
Add the fried beef into the pan and stir through until well coated and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve with rice
